Eligibility

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (for hygiene reasons).
- Defective items can be returned even if opened.
Process
- Contact us with your order number and reason.
- We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping unless defective).
- Once received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
Exceptions
No returns on opened lubricants, batteries, or lingerie for hygiene.
